Skylark is asking for a 6-digit code to login, but I never received one

This means that 2-Factor Authentication is activated on the Nest Home account you're using to sign into Skylark. The 6-digit code will have been sent to the phone number associated with that account via SMS/text message. 

If you're unable to find the 6-digit code, you will need to deactivate 2-Factor Authentication in your Nest Home account, then log back into Skylark as normal.
